OLAP QUERY LOG Table

- SQL Server Native Client 10.0. Windows Authentication.
- CreateOlapQueryLog = true
- Table name - OlapQueryLog
- Sampling = 10
- Integrated Auth was not working eventhough it has full access(using SQL login Account)
